SKELBKNT.LT SERVICE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Effective from 21 August 2026 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. This Policy sets out how to withdraw from paid real-estate Listing publication and extension services provided on https://skelbknt.lt by MB “Steel Trek”, legal entity code 306950514, how payment errors are handled and how refunds are made. 1.2. A “Consumer” is a natural person purchasing a paid service for purposes outside that person's trade, business, craft or profession. A “Business User” is a person purchasing a service for purposes relating to that person's trade, business, craft or profession. 1.3. Consumers retain the mandatory consumer rights set out in this document. The statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to Business Users. However, Business Users may use the procedures in this document for technical errors, duplicate payments and services not provided as agreed. 1.4. This Policy applies together with the Platform Terms and Real-Estate Listing Rules and the Listing Pricing Policy. 2. CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT 2.1. A Consumer may withdraw from a paid service contract concluded online, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days. 2.2. The withdrawal period starts on the day after the contract is concluded, that is, after the Consumer submits a payment order on the Platform and payment is successfully confirmed. If the last day of the period is a non-working day, the rules for calculating time limits prescribed by law apply. 2.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send a clear statement before the 14-day period expires to info@skelbknt.lt or through the Platform's contact form. Before the Platform's public launch, an easily accessible electronic withdrawal function must also be implemented and will become the primary way to submit such a statement. 2.4. The statement must include the account email address, order or invoice number, purchased service and a clear statement that the Consumer is withdrawing from the contract. No reason is required. 2.5. After receiving an electronic withdrawal statement, we will acknowledge receipt without undue delay on a durable medium, normally by email. 3. STARTING THE SERVICE DURING THE 14-DAY PERIOD 3.1. A Listing publication or extension service begins immediately after payment is confirmed only if, before submitting the order, the Consumer expressly asks us not to wait until the 14-day withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that the right to withdraw will be lost once the service has been fully performed. 3.2. If the Consumer does not make that express request and acknowledgement, the paid service may not begin until the 14-day period expires. The Platform may prevent the order from being completed until the Consumer chooses whether to request immediate performance. 3.3. As the standard Listing publication or extension service lasts 30 calendar days, it is not considered fully performed merely because a Listing has been activated. The service is considered fully performed when the entire paid period has ended. 3.4. Once the service has been fully performed, and if the Consumer made the express prior request and acknowledgement described in clause 3.1, the Consumer loses the right to withdraw from that fully performed service. 4. PROPORTIONATE CHARGE AND REFUND AMOUNT 4.1. If the Consumer requested immediate performance and withdraws within 14 days before the paid period ends, the Consumer must pay a proportionate part of the price for the service actually provided up to the time we receive the withdrawal statement. 4.2. The proportionate amount is calculated using the full contract price and the portion of the service period that has actually elapsed compared with the entire 30-day period. The calculation runs from the time the Listing is activated or extended until we receive the withdrawal statement. The result is rounded to the nearest euro cent. 4.3. The amount refunded to the Consumer is the price paid minus the proportionate amount reasonably calculated under clause 4.2. This amount is not a penalty. 4.4. If the service began without the Consumer's express request to begin it during the withdrawal period, or if the Consumer was not given information required by law, the Consumer is not required to pay for the part of the service provided during the withdrawal period to the extent provided by law. 4.5. Voluntarily deactivating or removing a Listing early does not in itself create a right to a full refund. If the User's notice also constitutes a lawful withdrawal from the contract, the clauses in this section apply. 5. REFUND DEADLINE AND METHOD 5.1. We will refund the amount due to the Consumer without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving a valid withdrawal notice. 5.2. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another method that does not involve additional costs for the Consumer. The bank or payment infrastructure may take additional time to credit the refund under its rules. 5.3. We do not charge an administration fee for a lawful refund. 6. DUPLICATE PAYMENT, TECHNICAL ERROR AND SERVICE NOT PROVIDED 6.1. The full unjustifiably paid amount is refunded if: - the same service was paid for twice because of a technical or banking error; - the bank confirmed payment but, because of an error in our system, the paid service was not activated and cannot be provided within a reasonable period; - an amount other than the final price expressly confirmed by the User was charged; - the payment was assigned to the wrong order and the error cannot be corrected by providing the service ordered. 6.2. Before paying again, the User must check the payment status in the account or contact info@skelbknt.lt. We will request a bank statement or other proof of payment only if we cannot reliably identify the payment from our system data. 6.3. If a service interruption was temporary and the service has been restored, we take into account the duration and impact of the interruption. Depending on the circumstances, we may extend the Listing period or refund a proportionate part of the price, without limiting any mandatory User rights. 7. BREACH OF TERMS AND MODERATION 7.1. Removing a Listing or restricting an account because the User breached the Terms does not in itself mean that no part of a payment will ever be refunded. 7.2. A refund decision takes into account the nature of the breach, the extent of the service provided, the User's status, reasonable costs incurred and legal provisions that cannot be contractually limited. 7.3. This section does not give a right to recover the price to a person who deliberately committed fraud, abused the payment process or ordered a service unlawfully. Mandatory legal provisions continue to apply in those cases as well. 8. REQUESTS FROM BUSINESS USERS 8.1. A Business User's request to terminate a service that has been properly started and is being provided is assessed under the order terms. A change of mind alone does not create a right to a refund. 8.2. Technical errors, duplicate payments, services not provided and incorrect charges for Business Users are handled under section 6. 9.
