SKELBKNT.LT LISTING PRICING POLICY Effective from 23 August 2026 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. This Pricing Policy sets out the prices and payment terms for paid real-estate Listing publication and extension services provided on https://skelbknt.lt, operated by MB “Steel Trek”, legal entity code 306950514. 1.2. This Policy forms an integral part of the Platform Terms and Real-Estate Listing Rules and the Service Cancellation and Refund Policy. 1.3. All prices are stated in euros, are the final amounts payable by the User and include 21% VAT. The Service Provider's VAT identification number is LT100020410116. 2. STANDARD SERVICES AND PRICES 2.1. Publication of a new Listing for 30 calendar days: EUR 4.99. 2.2. Publication of a new Listing for 90 calendar days: EUR 9.99. 2.3. Extension of an active or expired Listing for 30 calendar days: EUR 2.99. 2.4. The average 30-day price under the 90-day publication plan is EUR 3.33. Compared with purchasing three separate 30-day publication periods, the saving is EUR 4.98, or approximately 33%. 2.5. The price applies to one Listing. A Listing is associated with one selected property location; no additional fee is charged based on county, municipality or city. 2.6. Publishing Search Requests, viewing Listings and searching are free unless the Platform clearly states otherwise before a particular action. 2.7. Before you submit a payment order, the Platform displays the selected service plan, duration, final price and applicable taxes. The price clearly displayed when you confirm your order applies to that order. 3. PAYMENT AND SERVICE ACTIVATION 3.1. Paid services are payable in euros through SEB Bank Link. You are redirected to the SEB environment and returned to the Platform after payment. 3.2. We do not collect or store your online-banking sign-in details, payment-card number or PIN codes. The bank processes the payment under its own security and service terms. 3.3. A payment order remains valid until the deadline stated in the order window, normally 60 minutes. After that deadline, an unpaid order is closed and you must create a new order to purchase the service. 3.4. A Listing is published or extended only after the system receives and verifies the bank's notification that payment was successful. Returning from the bank's website alone is not payment confirmation. 3.5. If the bank confirms your payment but the Listing is not activated within a reasonable time, contact info@skelbknt.lt and provide the order number. Do not pay again until the first payment has been checked. 3.6. If a Listing is still active when an extension is paid for, the 30-day extension is added to its existing expiry date. If the Listing has already expired, the new 30-day period starts when successful payment is confirmed. 4. INVOICES AND PAYMENT HISTORY 4.1. After a confirmed payment, a VAT invoice is made available in the payment history in your account. Each document receives a sequential invoice number. 4.2. The invoice separately states the amount excluding VAT, the 21% VAT amount and the total amount including VAT. 4.3. You are responsible for providing correct buyer billing details. To request a justified correction, contact info@skelbknt.lt and provide the invoice and order numbers. 5. PRICE CHANGES, PROMOTIONS AND CODES 5.1. Prices may be changed prospectively. A new price applies only to orders created after it is published and does not change the price or duration of a service already paid for. 5.2. Temporary promotions, discounts or codes may have additional terms and an expiry date that are clearly stated. They do not apply retroactively and cannot be exchanged for cash. 5.3. Automatic renewal and recurring charges do not apply unless a User expressly selects them separately in the future. Each current publication or extension is paid for through a separate order. 6. REFUNDS 6.1. A Consumer's right to withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days, charges for the part of a service provided before withdrawal, duplicate payments and technical errors are governed by the Service Cancellation and Refund Policy. 6.2. Removing a Listing or restricting an account for a breach of the Terms does not in itself extinguish any User rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Each refund is assessed in light of the circumstances and mandatory legal requirements. 7.
